Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control using Fleet Maintenance, performing the following UDPATE_DB/UPDATE_RACDB completes with invalid objects.
Command:
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Update GI" -purpose=UPDATE_GI -target_type=cluster -target_list="<cluster_name>" -normal_credential=GRID_19C:SYSMAN -privilege_credential=GRID_19C:SYSMAN
