Purpose
Patched agents are not filtered under the Patch Plan for selecting the agent in static group.
Practical use case:
A group of 100 agents exist.
Adding the group target to the patch plan to patch all the agents with RU.The patching succeeds on 60 agents, but fails on 40.Customer wants to retry, but adding the agent group target, adds all the 100 agents again. Idea here is to remove those 60 agents from getting added into the plan.
