Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control during the Migration of the OMS from one host to another it is failing with the below error during the OMS Secure step:

SEVERE: Exception occurred while securing OMS:
java.lang.Exception: The Agent Registration Password you supplied does not match the Verifier set in this Repository
