Goal

A DBSNMP user is a user that is created when an Oracle Database is installed. It is used to monitor the database from Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.
This document provide the steps needed to restrict DBSNMP user access from "INHERIT ANY PRIVILEGES" and "UNLIMITED TABLESPACE" and "MANAGE ANY QUEUE" privileges for CDB and non-CDB databases.
