Symptoms

Database setup : RACOne Node

srvctl status database -d orcl
Instance orcl1_1 is running on node Node1
Online relocation: INACTIVE

Monitoring Rac one Node Database set from OEM
Created blackout on cluster database and database instance during instance relocation activity. Database instance relocation performed using srvctl command.
After database instance relocates to active node, status showing as below :

Blackout status : End Partial

Blackout status on Selected target : Cluster database : Started

Blackout status on Related target : Database instance : Ended
