Symptoms
Configuring Grid Instrastrucuture using OEM out-of-box Deployment procedure "Provision Oracle RAC Database".
In Step "Configure Grid Infrastructure" when create Disk Group from "Configure Automatic Storage Management (ASM)" section, not having option to create create DIsk Group as Failure Group as shown below :
This option is showing when create ASM disk group using ASMCA
