Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (OEM) repository database, the SQL query 48qdvrk3zt5z8 is identified to be causing blacking sessions and deadlocks. This resulting into targets going into Agent Unreachable status.
The targets are coming up only after manually killing this SQL and performing an Agent Re-synchronisation.
