EM 13C: Single Instance Database Under ASM Cluster Target Home Page Shown As "Not Monitored" Under Serviced Clients Section (Doc ID 3021683.1)

Target Setup : Single Instance database created on One of 2 RAC node setup.
Navigate to Cluster ASM home page > Under "Serviced Clients" section > Single instance database showing as "Not Monitored" Under Incidents Column
Outside the Cluster ASM home page, Single Instance database is showing UP and running from OEM side. No issue with monitoring
This issue seen for only Single Instance database running on RAC setup.
