Target Database Home Page -> Performance Tab -> Advisor Home -> 'In-Memory Advisor'  link -> Continue

The page shows:
In-Memory advisor is not installed. Click here to install the advisor.

When click in the link EM goes to MOS document:
Oracle Database In-Memory Advisor (Doc ID 1965343.1)
