On : 13.5.0.0.0 version, Automation and Monitoring (Jobs, Metrics, Notification, Reporting non-Specific to a Particular Target Type)

EM13c: Agent Plugin RU is  applied "Discovery patch" only

Ex) Agent RU21 (Patch:36172334)

 

Patch 36172477 "Oracle Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database 13c Release 5 Plug-in Update 21 (13.5.1.21) for Oracle Management Agent" is not applied.
