EM13c : Oracle Database Performance ASH Viewer Shows All Timezone in GMT in Edge Browser with French (Doc ID 3031681.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprises Manage (EM) Cloud Control, ASH Analytics page of Performance hub for Target database has a feature to select timezone from a drop down to enable viewer to see the data in GMT, Database Time Zone or in Browser Time Zone.

This Drop down wrongly displays all the Time Zones as GMT while using Edge Browser with French Language.
