EM 13c: Database Size Metric not collected for cluster databases (Doc ID 3031811.1)

In EM13c, sysman.MGMT$METRIC_HOURLY and sysman.MGMT$METRIC_DAILY Views are not updated for Database_Size metric for some of the cluster databases.

From below query [sysman.MGMT$METRIC_HOURLY], we can see Database_Size metric collected for <Database_1> and <Database_2> is of older date.
