EM 13c: Discovery of new Virtual Platform target Removes the existing Remote Host target (Doc ID 3032181.1)

Symptoms

The following observations are made during the Discovery of Virtual Platform targets

1. First virtual platform target is getting discovered and creating a corresponding Remote host target
2. It is seen that discovering a new Virtual Platform target is removing the existing Remote Host target and creating a new one for the newly discovered Virtual Platform target.
3. Attempts to discover Remote host target for the other Virtual Platform targets is appending the AP to the existing Remote Host target.
