Symptoms

EM upgrade from 13.4 to 13.5

Repository Prerequisite Checks Run by the EM Prerequisite Kit states below:

Ensures that valid policy exists for MGMT_TARGETS.

To manually verify this, run the following query:

select 'EM_TARGET_POLICY' from dual where not exists (select policy_name from dba_policies where object_owner=’SYSMAN' and pf_owner='SYSMAN' and object_name='MGMT_TARGETS')

The query must not return any rows.
