EM 13.5

EM Patch Recommendation shows WLS SPB Patch 36178496 as recommended patch for EM OMS_HOME.

Try to apply WLS SPB Patch 36178496 on the EM OMS_HOME and it fails during pre check with the following message:

[03/18/2024 09:00:36] - [ERROR] - JAVA_HOME: /u01/app/oracle/product/Middleware/oracle_common/jdk should not be residing inside the ORACLE_HOME: /u01/app/oracle/product/Middleware
