Jar not applied F:\PATCH_TOP\p36635982_135000_Generic\36635982\binary_patches\wls\generic\36440005\files\oracle.jse.dms\12.2.1.4.0\jrf.symbol\modules\oracle.odl\ojdl.jar\oracle\core\ojdl\logging\QuickTraceJFRHandler$2.class to <OMS_HOME>\oracle_common\modules\oracle.odl\ojdl.jar... '<OMS_HOME>\oracle_common\modules\oracle.odl\ojdl.jar: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
