EM 13.5C: Post 13.5 RU21 DB Target Promote From Auto Discovery Result Page Fails With Error "ORA-20206: Target does not exist" (Doc ID 3036483.1)

Installed 13.5 RU21 OR RU22 From 13.5 RU19 or previous RU release

Promoting Database target using below navigation path :

Setup > Auto discovery result > select DB target > Promote > Change the target name and db system name

Example :

orcl is target name
Rename to orcl_1

Click on Save the changes giving below error

Same functionality was working fine in RU18 and RU19.

Rename target from auto discovery result page and Save the target adding the target successfully without any issues.
