EM 13C: Target Type "rac_database" Missing From One Of the Cluster Node From Agent side Monitoring (Doc ID 3036556.1)

Symptoms

From one of the cluster database node not showing target_type "rac_database" under agent monitoring.

Execute below command from agent side not listing rac_database :

<AGENT_HOME>/bin/emctl config agent listtargets |grep rac_database

Execute command from working node showing as below :

<AGENT_HOME>/bin/emctl config agent listtargets |grep rac_database
[<RAC_DB_TARGET>, rac_database]
