Symptoms

Installing Agent using Gold Image failed on top of RU 22

<AGENT_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/agentDeploy/agentDeploy_<date time stamp>.log

INFO: emctl setproperty agent [-allow_new] -name PROPERTY_NAME -value PROPERTY_VALUE
INFO: Sets the specified property name and value in agent configuration file
INFO: -allow_new is an optional flag that inserts a new property in Agent configuration
INFO: file if it does not exist.
INFO: -allow_new must be the first option provided to the command

Usage:
emctl setproperty agent [-allow_new] -name PROPERTY_NAME -value PROPERTY_VALUE
