Symptoms

In Enterprise Manger (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet Create Gold Image fails with following message:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -createSoftwareImage -input_file="data:/u01/tmp1/SIDB_input"

Unable to fetch the reference oracle home target.
Please verify that the reference oracle home target name is passed correctly or the oracle home collection are happened properly.
