Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4 Cloud Control, Fleet Update Racdb Tried to restart listeners running from grid home

Command :

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="stage2101RU_RACDB" -purpose='UDPAT_RACDB' -target_type='rac_database' -target_list="<RAC_DB_NAME>" -normal_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ROOT:SYSMAN"
