Symptoms

In Enterprise manager 13.5.0.0.0 after apply RU 23 a new job is introduced "Exadata Fleet Tables Refresh"

This Job run once and show the error "DBMS Job Invalid Schedule for Exadata Fleet Tables Refresh crossed the critical threshold (INVALID). Current value: INVALID"

Repository Scheduler Jobs Status shows "Schedule is invalid" as below:

Incident Manager Shows below Open Incidents :
