EM13.5C: Database Home Page And Graphs Loading Very Slow For Rac Database. (Doc ID 3048776.1)

Symptoms

In 13c, Enterprise Manager -->Navigate to All Targets -->Select the database -->Click on it-->Take 2-3 min to load complete database home page.

Instance wise the database Home page loads faster.

After the RU patching on OMS side from 13.5RU06 to 13.5RU23,observed  performance issue on  Database Home Page  and fetching data was significantly slower for Rac database.

Changes

 OMS Side RU 23 Patch Applied.
