OEM 13C : Fleet Subscribe Primary Database Does Not Auto Subscribe Standby Database (Doc ID 3051069.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Fleet subscribe primary databases does not auto subscribe standby databases.

Command:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -subscribeTarget -target_name=<Primary DB_Name1> -target_type=oracle_database -image_id=71BXXXXXXXX600E0XXXXXXX
   Targets '<DB_Name1> subscribed successfully.
   Verb subscribeTarget completed successfully

Note: It does not auto subscribe standby databases.
