Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.5 Cloud Control, the Fleet Deploy RAC DB Software operation fails with below error.
Command :
$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="stage2101RU_RACDB" -purpose='DEPLOY_RAC_SOFTWARE' -target_type='rac_database' -target_list="<RAC_DB_NAME>" -normal_credential="ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="ROOT:SYSMAN" -input_file="data:/u01/app/oracle/RACDB_stage_input.txt"
