Symptoms
Patching OMS is failing with the below error
Please enter OMS weblogic admin server URL(t3s://<hostname:<port>):>
Please enter OMS weblogic admin server username(weblogic):>
Please enter OMS weblogic admin server password:>
Enter DB user name : sys
Enter 'sys' password :
Checking if current repository database is a supported version
Current repository database version is supported
User validation error. Switching between users is not allowed. The previous patching was performed using the 'SYSMAN_LCM' user. Use the 'SYSMAN_LCM' user to continue with patching.
