Goal

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (OEM) allows to create repository users without any user password validations or policies like password length, special characters, letters and number combinations etc. OEM even allows to crate a user with only one character as password.

How to put some standard password policies in place, so that users can be created with certain password standard.
