MSSQL targets are having Database lock messages and an alert is raised:

We found that with certain storage configurations, the Locks metric can generate non-unique keys for page level locks in the sys.dm_tran_locks view. We need to add the resource column (from the resource_description field in the dm_tran_locks view to the metric’s keys.
