To successfully address the issue encountered during the extraction of the Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Holistic Patch (p37305292_135000_Generic.zip) located in the directory:
C:/Users/<username>/Downloads/p37305292_135000_Generic.zip
where the Windows native extraction tool returned the error:
"Windows cannot open the folder. The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid."
