EM 13C: EMTargetAuthConfigInfo Error When Database Target Name Has Space (Doc ID 3065297.1)

Symptoms

Monitoring Database target name contains Space.

Example : "orcl / orclhostname - orcl"

Navigate to below path :

DB target home page > Performance > Performance hub > ASH Analytics > Click on Any SQL ID ---> This opens the page specific to SQL ID without any issues

When SQL ID link is opened using new page option, then Target name changed to below and getting below error

Target name changed as "orcl+/+orclhostname+-+orcl"

Page shows error "Failed to get EMTargetAuthConfigInfo"
