Symptoms

Using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Microsoft SQL Server Plugin.  The Microsoft (MS) SQL Server is unable to Connect during Configuration.

The connection string is jdbc:sqlserver://<MS SQL SERVER HOST>:1526. We added trustServerCertificate=true to the OEM target JDBC string, but continue to receive the following error.
