Symptoms

OEM version : 13.5

Custom CIS Compliance Standard has been associated with 2 target Database instances.
The Compliance Evaluation Report having the total count(failed and passed) of rules doesn't match between the 2 target databases.

Since both the target databases have been associated with the same Compliance Standard, the count of rules evaluated and shown in the report should match. But this is not happening.
