EM 24ai : Additional OMS Upgrade Fails At Database Prerequisite Step (Doc ID 3067043.1)

Symptoms

EM 24ai Upgrade from 13.5 fails with the below error message at the Database Prerequisite Step:

 

Check if additional OMS has same middleware home location as primary OMS. Failed

Recommendation : You seem to be upgrading an additional OMS. In this case, you must ensure that the middleware home location for the additional OMS matches with the one provided for the first OMS. This means, Oracle WebLogic Server should have been installed in the same path on both the hosts.

The middleware home you entered in the "Installation Details" screen does not match with the one provided for the first OMS. Go to the "Installation Details" screen and correct it.
