Cleanup the remaining relocated Pluggable Database (PDB) still seen within the source Container Database (CDB) target home page in EM console UI:

The relocate of Pluggable Database (PDB) from one Container Database (CDB) to another Container Database (CDB) was performed outside of EM and completed.

After relocating the Pluggable Database (PDB) completed, the original Pluggable Database (PDB) target is still seen under source Container Database (CDB) target home page within EM console UI (Pluggable Database (PDB) in DOWN status)
