EMCLI with Scripting mode Get Corrupted Frequently

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
  at oracle.sysman.emSDK.emCLI.CLIController.init(CLIController.java:138)
  at oracle.sysman.emSDK.emCLI.CLIController.(CLIController.java:114)
  at oracle.sysman.emSDK.emCLI.CLIController.(CLIController.java:78)
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: EM CLI is not installed correctly
  at oracle.sysman.emCLI.EMCLIStateManager.init(EMCLIStateManager.java:381)
  at oracle.sysman.emCLI.EMCLIStateManager.(EMCLIStateManager.java:76)
