Post securing EM Console with a custom/3rd-party certificate, the following error is seen while navigating to EM URL in both Chrome and Edge browers:

Error: This site can’t provide a secure connection. <HOST> uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Note: This issue is not seen in pre-24.1 EM versions.
