Symptoms

After applying RU24, when a new service is created for a database and discovered using the 'runCollection' command, the database name is being added as a prefix to the service name.

Example:
Create a new service to a existing PDB:

 The name change in OEM disrupts the automated provisioning processes, preventing the provisioning of new end-user databases.
