Symptoms

 While performing cloning encountering with below error while executing "omsca new" command 

 ./omsca new -nostart -EM_DOMAIN_NAME <DOMAINNAME> -NM_USER nodemanager -AS_USERNAME weblogic -MSPORT 7202 -REP_CONN_STR '(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=)(PORT=HOSTNAME)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=SID)))' -reuseOpssStore
