EM13c: [NLS] Cloud Control Graph Displays White Square Boxes Even Though Japanese Fonts Are Installed on Linux 8 (Doc ID 3070598.1)

Symptoms

On the OMS server running Linux 8, although Japanese fonts have been installed,
some Japanese text in the Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control pages is still being displayed as white square boxes in certain graphs.

Example:
The graph in the target Availability (Status History) page, the Up Time in Japanese is shown as “□□□□”.

On the OMS server, the following Japanese fonts have been confirmed to be installed:
