Symptoms
When right-clicking on a hyperlink in the ASH Analytics page of the OEM Console and selecting "Open in New Tab", the error message "Bad Message 431 - Request Header Fields Too Large" is displayed.
Step 1: Log into OEM Console -> Navigate to Target Database -> Performance -> Click ASH Analytics.
Step 2: Right-Click on any Hyperlink and select "Open in New Tab"
Step3: The Following error message is displayed

After upgrading OEM from 13.5 RU 24 to 24AI, this issue began to occur.
