EM 13c, 24ai: LDAP User Authentication Resulted in Hung State, After Successfully Configured the LDAP For External Authentication (Doc ID 3072423.1)

Symptoms

In OEM environment after successful configuration of the LDAP, and trying to login with the external user the login page going to hung state.

<GC_INST>/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_ADMINSERVER/logs/EMGC_ADMINSERVER.out , it shows that its trying to reach different other servers, not just one which is configured LDAP host.
