Symptoms

Custom CIS Compliance Standard has been associated with multiple target database instances.
Few of the target DB association with compliance standard are successful but Evaluation Status goes into "Pending Disable" state.

Transfer status is Successful.

Evaluation status remains Enable and then changes to Pending Disable without any action.

Configuration collection is happening fine and the collection is scheduled correctly on agent side.
Verified with <agent_home>/bin/emctl status agent scheduler |grep <DB_Target_Name>
