EM 13c: Cluster ASM Target Status Shows N/A In OEM console (Doc ID 3073482.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (OEM) console, the cluster ASM target status shows NA. But the target should have a valid status like Up, Down, Pending etc.
