EM 13C: Cluster Database Target Not Discovered By Autodiscovery Method (Doc ID 3073575.1)

Symptoms

Auto Discovery process on a host fails to discover cluster database and database instance targets with the below error, but the same targets are getting discovered successfully through Guided Discovery process.

Error stack from OMS log during the time of autodiscovery shown as below :

<OMS_BASE>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms_pbs.log
