EM 24ai: Enterprise Manager Authentication Using LDAP Provider Is Failing with "The User Name or Password is invalid" When opted sAMAccountName

Symptoms
In OEM 24.1.0.0.0 version configured the External LDAP authentication using the below document.
EM 24ai: How to Configure or Rollback Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Authentication with External LDAP Provider using EMCTL Command <Note 3073200.1>
After successful configuration, there was a requirement for login, the user name should be used as "sAMAccountName"
Followed the below document:
EM 13c, 12c: How to Login to Enterprise Manager with sAMAccountName or Name other than Display Name of External Users <Note 1637959.1>
When user trying to login using this sAMAccountName, user getting error as "Invalid username or password" after entering credentials in the EM login screen.
