EM 24ai: LDAP User Login Failing with "The User Name or Password is invalid" When LDAP Configured With Manual Method (Doc ID 3073578.1)

Symptoms

In OEM 24.1.0.0.0 version configured the LDAP for External authentication.

When user trying to login getting error as "Invalid username or password" after entering credentials in the EM login screen.
