EM 13C: Change Owner Option Under Target Administrator Access Page Is Not Listing EM User That Is Logged Into Console (Doc ID 3077028.1)

Symptoms

Navigate to any of the target home.

Example :

Loggin Into EM console using TEST User and navigated to below path :

Database home page > Oracle database drop down > Target Setup > Administrator Access > Change Owner > When the list of values is displayed, the user TEST that is logged in, is not displayed.

Logout from TEST user and logged in as another user,then the list of values will show the previous user (TEST), but not the current user logged into EM console
