Symptoms

When creating a new Data Masking Definition in a PDB, EMCC asks the user to login to CDB$ROOT.

 

The conditions for occurrence are as follows.

・Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 6 Update 5 (13.5.0.6) and laterers is applied.

・Login to PDB as a non-sys user or non-common user.
