Symptoms

Agentpatcher version failed with below error

[<Agent Username>@<Agent Hostname>]$ export ORACLE_HOME=<Agent Base Directory>/agent_13.5.0.0.0
[<Agent Username>@<Agent Hostname>]$ $ORACLE_HOME/AgentPatcher/agentpatcher version
Error: could not find libjava.so
Error: Could not find Java SE Runtime Environment.

AgentPatcher failed with error code 2
