EM 13C: Accessing The Database Target Performance Pages Results In An Error Message: 'The Requested URL was not found' (Doc ID 3080541.1)

Symptoms

For all database targets when accessing any tabs under the Performance Tab drop down gives an error "The Requested URL was not found" as below

Example :

Database home page > Performance > Performance Hub > SQL Monitoring > Login with database credentials > Error "The Requested URL was not found"

NOTE : Above log entries are not error stack. Access log showing generic url error. There is no other error stack showing in OMS side logs
